The “bun” stays together surprisingly well given the egg used for binder. The chicken is soaked in buttermilk then panko breaded. Toppings- yum yum sauce, lettuce and homemade pickles!

    When I lived in Japan, there was a spot I used to go to that had rice as the buns. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my 44 years on this planet. Oh how I miss Japan.

    Interesting concept, similar to rice burgers where you compress cooked rice into a patty and brown both sides.
